After tapping Ask, choose Explore gently or Think something through. Choose an image yourself or use a real casting ritual. Existing stillness, bells and sounds remain. You can finish without saving or scheduling a reminder.
Choose the context
Decide whether to include profile summaries and selected past records. You can leave them out or reject a description that does not fit.
Return to the passage and its source
Keep cited text separate from AI reflection. A citation should take you back to the original; missing material is not filled with invented authority.
Compare options and choose an action
Consider the costs, limits and information you can check. Record one small action and choose a useful time to look back.

A clear choice between device and cloud
Plus can use on-device AI where supported. If your device cannot run it, original passages, structured reflection steps and manual notes remain available. A device failure does not automatically send content to the cloud.
When the service opens, eligible users may actively choose cloud assistance. Before sending, they must preview the selected material, see the third-party provider and processing region, give consent and confirm a maximum points charge. Cloud AI and AI points are not yet available.
Mainland China remains on-device. Optional end-to-end encrypted sync is separate from an actively chosen cloud request; they have different data boundaries.
Edit memory and choose when to start a new discussion
A discussion unit allows up to six AI replies. You can then summarize or choose to start another unit. Long-term memory takes the form of summaries you can view, edit and delete, rather than turning every chat into a personality fact.
The assistant can help organize a question but cannot replace professional assessment or make a major decision for you. Check specific medical, legal and similar matters with a relevant professional.
New human consultation orders are being retired. Existing orders retain fulfillment, cancellation, refund and dispute support. Authors, columns and editorial review remain part of Yi.
Keep a phrase, your own insight, a next step or a reflection. You can disagree with an interpretation. Pause, close or return to a matter; only you choose which records to link.

Will AI decide for me?
No. It offers questions, ways to compare options and reflection suggestions. Your real circumstances matter more than profile labels; the decision is yours.
Can I continue without sharing a profile with AI?
Yes. You choose whether to include a profile and which summary to use. A discussion can begin with just your question and the source text.
What if on-device AI is unavailable?
You can use the original text, structured reflection and manual notes. There is no automatic cloud fallback. Future cloud use will also require an active choice.
