Three ways to use Yi
Both paths, local matters and personal reflections remain free. After two independent saved outcomes or one real reflection, try a first weekly review free. Plus includes ongoing reviews and longer reminder schedules. Prices and existing benefits are unchanged; Master includes its existing monthly Three Mirrors PDF.
Yi Plus
Existing Plus benefits remain. The new version adds historical comparisons, detailed reflection reports, comparisons across models and encrypted sync. On-device AI depends on device support. Check your installed version and purchase screen for availability.
Yi Master
Existing Master benefits and pricing remain; this page does not change a subscription. A future monthly AI allowance is planned for eligible regions and will depend on the actual paid plan.
Where membership applies
Membership benefits are used in the app, on the Yi website and on Kai channel episode pages. Using them on the website or an episode page will require signing in with the same Yi account. The notes below also say what is not open yet.
In the app
All current membership benefits are in the app, including study, journal, reviews, portraits and encrypted sync. The benefit comparison in the app shows the exact scope.
On the Yi website
The website already offers free public study pages, such as hexagram texts and study guides, without signing in. In supported regions, you can sign in with the same Yi account and check your membership status. Member features that are open on the website use that account’s benefits; see each page for current availability.
On Kai channel episode pages
Each Kai channel episode is planned to have a page on the Yi website, first in Traditional Chinese. Its public content is complete and free for everyone. Signed-in Plus and Master members can also read the episode’s extended reading, such as the related source text, commentaries and further material. Episode pages are not open yet. Membership here means Yi Plus or Master, not a channel membership on a video platform.
How future AI points will work
AI points are separate from existing Yi credits. Top-ups are not on sale, and no fixed number of conversations is promised. Before a future request, you will see a maximum charge. Successful requests settle against actual use and release unused reserved points; clear failures release the reservation.
Once cloud service and sales open, eligible signed-in users may buy a top-up without a subscription. A top-up pays for cloud assistance and does not unlock other Plus content.
Paid AI points do not expire and do not require an ongoing subscription. Monthly allowances belong to their service period. A purchased balance is retained when you are temporarily in an unsupported region, but cannot be spent there.
A Master allowance must match the plan you buy
Monthly plans, annual plans and promotions have different actual revenue, so one allowance figure cannot represent every offer. Once allowances are available, the exact monthly points for your store, region and plan must be shown before purchase.
Monthly allowances are not yet open and are not part of the current purchase promise. Pricing, transaction verification and regional service conditions must be ready first. Test or gifted membership does not automatically create a paid allowance.
Region, device and service availability are separate
Mainland China remains on-device, without cloud service or cloud point sales in this release. Overseas cloud use also requires an open service, regional eligibility and consent. Interface language does not establish eligibility.
The download page shows currently available channels. On-device AI also depends on device and system support; original text and manual reflection remain when it cannot run.
When new human consultation orders stop, existing orders keep fulfillment, cancellation, refund and dispute support. Content authors, columns and editorial review continue.
Common questions
Will I need a subscription to buy AI points?
No, once cloud service and sales are open and your signed-in account meets the regional conditions. They are not on sale today.
Will canceling membership remove purchased AI points?
Future paid AI points do not expire when a subscription ends. Monthly allowances and paid balances are kept separate.
Why is there no fixed price or universal allowance here?
Stores, regions, annual billing and promotions differ. This page does not invent a price or allowance; use the actual offer shown before purchasing.
